Additional Information:

  • If you choose a Sunday placement on Plan C or D, you’ll maximize your savings.
  • All package plans publishing in color receive a 25% discount from the current color rates, if color is available. There is no additional "This Week" color discount.
  • Copy changes are okay, but ads must all be the same size in total inches.
  • Your "This Week" ad will also appear in OregonLive.com’s local shopping database, Shop Oregon.

Restrictions:

  • Package plans count toward bulk contract fulfillment but not rate/rebate.
  • Rates are per column inch and apply to ROP advertising only.
  • All ads must run within seven days of the original publication date, including start date.
  • Discounts offered in packages will not be compounded with other discount programs.
  • Each completed weekly series of ads counts as one frequency fulfillment.
  • All frequency contracts are for 12 months from start date.
  • Ads may not be larger than 60 inches.
  • New Business Builder advertisers taking advantage of the 6X, 12X, or 24X package prices in one year must also commit to a minimum 10% net revenue increase for the same 12-month period.
  • Frequency and revenue addendum contracts will be added to regular print and ROP contracts.
  • All advertising is subject to the non-conflicting terms and conditions of The Oregonian’s retail rate card.
