MIX

Portland's Magazine of Food + Drink

MIX caters to urban readers who are primarily professional couples and singles who index highly for fine dining, ordering wine, spirits and beer, and shopping at gourmet stores. These readers, ages 25-50, have sophisticated tastes and the incomes to support them with a median household income of more than $105,800.

MIX readers lead social and active lives. They enjoy art, music and sports. They appreciate fine wine, and often dine at casual and upscale restaurants. But they also love to cook, entertain and make time to ski, snowboard and practice yoga and Pilates.

Coming in February 2010: Delicious pork!

Portland chefs are pioneers of pork, with more and more cured meats being crafted and served here. In February, MIX surveys the new generation of charcutiers.

We'll also debut a new feature in February: "One Dish/Three Wines." We'll create a recipe that's a challenge for wine pairing, and then ask three savvy sommeliers to make a match.

As always, advertisers will receive a live link taking online readers directly to their Web sites. And this issue, 5,000 copies of MIX will go to North Portland households.
Don't miss this opportunity to be part of MIX in 2010!
