Moving? Miss a paper? Other questions?

If you're moving within our delivery area, we'll change your address on the date you request. You don't have to miss a single paper! Call or email Customer Service. If you're moving out of state, you can have The Oregonian delivered by mail.

• In metro Portland, please call 503-221-8240.
• If you're moving outside our home-delivery area in Oregon, call 800-452-1420 and ask for the customer service department.
• For moves anywhere else in the U.S or Canada, call 800-826-0376, extension 8109 or ask for the mail subscription desk. (The mail subscription desk is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Pacific time.)

Missed Delivery?

If you did not receive your paper, we will be happy to re-deliver it as soon as possible. Please contact us with any questions, comments or concerns about home delivery of The Oregonian: 503-221-8240, or online.
